MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR  No. 1, s. 2023

We are pleased to inform you that Ms. Pablita Rasonabe Cabarles, Master Teacher, Department of Education, Manga National High School, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, and 2022 CSC Pagasa awardee, has been featured in the Philippine Civil Service Commission Facebook page, TikTok, and Youtube channel online segment of Lingkod Bayan Diaries (LBD) (previously known as HAP Story). The online segment presents the anthology of civil servants’ stories that aim to inspire other kawani through short videos and interviews of public service exemplars.

Ms. Cabarles was recognized in the 2022 Search for Outstanding Government Workers for transforming Manga National High School into a certified Integrated Diversified Organic Farming System Learning Site. The site’s rocky terrain did not stop her from intensifying the school’s Gulayan sa Paaralan Program. She introduced container gardening and edible landscaping while implementing various strategies to improve the viability of crops, vegetables, and ornamentals. With the program’s success, the school has become a benchmarking destination for local and foreign visitors, and its students have become more interested in agri-preneurship.

Relative thereto, and as stated in the attached CSC Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2023 dated 09 January 2023 re: Search for Outstanding Government Workers, may we request your support by sharing her LBD videos on your online bulletin boards and social media pages so that her contributions will be made known to more government employees and inspire them to follow suit.
