The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) conducted a two-day onsite Technical Budget Hearing on the Tier 2 Budget Proposal of Quirino State University (QSU) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 on April 11-12, 2024, at the CHM Cafeteria of QSU’s Diffun Campus.

     As part of this activity, representatives from DBM conducted an ocular inspection in the three campuses of the university to inspect newly completed projects funded by the government and to validate the location of projects proposed for FY 2025.Key personnel attended the hearing led by Dr. Hermenegildo F. Samoy, Jr., University President.
