Waving from the entrance of the University, holding blue, green, and orange flags that represent the three campuses – Diffun, Cabarroguis, Maddela – QSUJuans delightedly greet the ingress of Honorable Marita Rana-Canapi, CHED Commissioner and the Chairperson of QSU Board of Regents (BOR) and the members.

The Welcome and Opening Program proceeded at the Mushroom Center of the University, as Sir Chleo Pascual – Faculty of QSU Cabarroguis, spearheaded the event, along with QSU administration headed by President Dr. Hermenegildo F. Samoy, Jr., faculty, and Student Government officers.
