The University announces that eight of its graduates have successfully passed the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination. Amidst a competitive national field where only 6,438 out of 18,370 examinees earned their licenses, these QSUans stood out by demonstrating exceptional technical excellence, grit, and dedication to their profession.
The University honors the following newly licensed civil engineers for their achievement:

Engr. Manasseh P. Bolesa
Engr. Rovee Shelter B. Bungbunga
Engr. Raquima M. Galang, RMP
Engr. Hazel Mae S. Gonzalo
Engr. Valyn Jel S. Oria
Engr. Maricel Toquero
Engr. Mark Angelo B. Valdez
Engr. Marjorie M. Zabala

To our aspiring engineers currently preparing for their turn: remember that the path to the license is a marathon, not a sprint. We encourage you to take the necessary time to build a solid foundation, as thorough preparation is the bridge between ambition and achievement. Know that you are not walking this path alone; the College of Civil Engineering and the entire University are extending the mentorship and support you need to succeed.

To our passers, this milestone is not the conclusion of your journey, but the beginning of a lifelong pursuit to professional competence and service. Dr. Alfonso R. Simon, OIC-President, the faculty, and staff, extend their warmest congratulations to all of you. May your careers be built on the same integrity and strength as the structures you will soon design.
