Dr. Lauro S. Aspiras, the University Director for Research and Development and Chairperson of the Master of Arts in Education, was recently honored as one of ten recipients of the Outstanding Constituents United in Action (CUA)โ€” Dax Right Exemplary Behavior and Galing Kailian Award. The recognition acknowledges his contributions that have brought honor and prestige to the province.

Moreover, Mr. Jaymark R. Castillo of Diffun Campus, Mr. Hernan Cedrick H. Gamet of Cabarroguis Campus, and Ms. Maureen Kate R. Caguin of Maddela Campus were bestowed with the Dakilang Pamana Award. The award recognizes their outstanding leadership and significant contributions to their school or community. It is a symbol of Governor Dakila Carlo E. Cua’s remarkable leadership and legacy.

Quirinian graduates from the three campuses with Latin honors were also recognized this year under โ€œPagkilala sa Kagalingan ng Kabataang Quirinian.โ€ They were among the 104 outstanding honorees from various colleges and universities in the country who joined the awarding ceremony. The event was held at the Provincial Gymnasium on September 6, 2025, during the 54th Araw ng Quirino and Panagdadapun Celebration.

The University community extends its sincerest congratulations to the outstanding QSUans who were honored at the recent event. Their recognition serves to inspire the youth to be the next generation of leaders.

This moment is also taken to acknowledge and celebrate the exceptional achievement of all graduates of the University who received Latin honors this year. Their pursuit to academic excellence and perseverance have brought immense pride to the institution.
