QSU gears up to elevate research output through publication training
   The Research and Development Department of QSU is currently conducting a two-day training titled “Publish & Propel: Mastering Research Publication in Social Sciences & Higher Education” at the Conference Room, RDET Office, QSU Diffun.
      Today, February 15, QSU faculty members who have ongoing study or have conducted research in the last three years in social sciences, higher education, or allied fields gathered to gain in-depth understanding on the publication processes and trends, develop critical thinking and peer review skills, and receive expert guidance from established scholars in the field of research.
       Dr. Elizabeth T. Carig, VP for Academic, Research, and Extension, introduced the participants to Dr. William D. Magday, Jr., a renowned researcher and Dean of the College of Teacher Education from Nueva Vizcaya State University, who delivered a lecture on the rudiments of research publication.
       The activity was organized by Ms. Ailyn Joy P. Padrigo and Dr. Dyanika P. Nolasco and is being overseen by Dr. Carig. The training will run until tomorrow, February 16, featuring workshops and presentations of outputs from the participants.The Publish and Propel training signifies a pivotal moment for QSU in its goal to amplify faculty research endeavors. With the conduct of the training, QSU seeks to sustain its culture of excellence in research.
