The Quirino State University marched in full force today, making its presence felt in the Panagdadapun 2025 Celebration. Led by Dr. Hermenegildo F. Samoy, Jr., President, the Diffun, Cabarroguis, and Maddela Campuses walked in unison during the grand parade this morning, September 10, 2025.

This year’s celebration featured the University in key roles for several major events, including the Binibining Quirino 2025, the 3rd Culinary Competition, and the judging of the Best Municipal Booth. Beyond its official duties, the University also had a strong participation in various skills and talent competitions, adding mirth and excitement to the festivities.
