The University’s Quality Assurance Unit, in collaboration with the Planning Unit, facilitated a Management Committee Meeting yesterday, September 8, at the Conference Room, JAA Building, Diffun Campus. The strategic meeting served to mobilize responsible units and departments in a unified effort to elevate the institutionβs global standing and secure international rankings.
Under the guidance of Dr. Florigold V. Saldaen, Vice President for Administration and Finance, and Dr. Elizabeth T. Carig, Vice President for Academics, Research, and Extension, key academic and administrative personnel participated in the meeting. This initiative established responsible committees to ensure the accurate consolidation of data, the alignment of processes, and the integration of best practices in the institutionβs pursuit of global competitiveness and sustainability.
The University’s engagement in the ranking systems demonstrates its dedication to sustainability, academic excellence, and international engagement. This initiative would lead to enhancing the Universityβs reputation, strengthening opportunities for partnerships, and reinforcing its role in driving national progress through innovation and sustainable practices.
