The Universityβs Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) in Cabarroguis Campus has been officially awarded a Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED.
The certification, CHED COPC No. 022, Series of 2025, confirms that the BSCE program has met the stringent requirements of CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 92, Series of 2017. With the received COPC, graduates of the BSCE program are one step closer to becoming licensed civil engineers as the document is a crucial reference for processing their applications for the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE).
Acknowledging the long and tedious journey of the program to secure this certification, the University wishes to congratulate and thank the College of Engineering Department, led by Engr. Marvin Ray G. Sanglay, Program Chairperson, the QSU Association of Civil Engineering Students (ACES), and the rest of the Cabarroguis Campus for the collective efforts of making this goal a reality. This achievement truly shows the spirit of our Universityβa place where passion, perseverance, and collaboration come together to create a brighter future. We are celebrating with you on this achievement.
