The University earned a total 192 points in the recently concluded CavRASUC – Culture and the Arts Festival, held on March 2-6, 2026.
The Wildcats delegation demonstrated remarkable talent, creativity, and dedication in various competitions. Their efforts resulted in several notable recognitions, with the team emerging as champions in Essay Writing, Contemporary Dance (Group), Pandalawahang Pag-arte (Duo Acting), and Dramatic Monologue.
The team also earned second place in the Photo Contest and Vocal Solo, proving their impressive creativity and talent. Moreover, the University achieved recognitions as third place in Persuasive Oratory, Declamation, Duo Acting, Dramatic Monologue (Filipino), Radio Drama, Short and Sweet Play (Musical), Contemporary Dance – Duo, Street Dance, Pop Solo, and Vocal Duet, Charcoal Rendering, On-the-Spot Poster Making, Painting, Pencil Drawing.
These achievements reflect the diverse talents of the students who represented the institution in various events. Each award reflects hard work, discipline, and unity of the participants, mentors, and coaches who prepared extensively for the competition.
The journey to excellence continues as the champions advance to the national stage, where they will represent the institution against the best in the country.

Special commendations are extended to the Socio-Cultural Services Coordinators—Dr. Joselle D. Concepcion, Ms. Arlene Gay G. Castillo, and Mr. Manuel T. De Guzman—as well as the kitchen staff, drivers, medics team, documenters, and academic leaders whose support fueled the delegation’s success.
The University also extends its gratitude to Nueva Vizcaya State University, under the leadership of Dr. Wilfredo A. Dumale, Jr., for its superb hosting of this year’s festivities.
