Earlier today: Dr. Hermenegildo F. Samoy Jr., University President and Dr. Elizabeth T. Carig, VP ARE, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Cooperative Development Authority through Atty. Jovielyn Gaffud-Marquez,, for the implementation of Training for Trainers Program for Accredited Cooperative Training Providers. This collaboration is the first of its kind in the region.
