The University produced 39 passers from the recent Agriculturist Licensure Examination (ALE). The College of Agriculture in Diffun Campus achieved an excellent first-takers’ rating of 78.79%, which surpassed the 68.55% national passing rate. Meanwhile, the Maddela Campus gained a 62.50% first-takers’ rating.

As posted on the website of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 6,678 out of 9,742 successfully passed the ALE 2025.

The University warmly congratulates the newly licensed agriculturists for achieving this professional milestone.

Special acknowledgment is given to the dedicated faculty members of the College of Agriculture, under the leadership of Dr. Edgar V. Benabise, Dean of the College of Agriculture, and the guidance of Program Chairpersons – Dr. Maria C. Hernandez of QSU Diffun and Mr. Dennie T. Ruma of QSU Maddela, for their concerted efforts in student mentoring and rigorous preparation.

Sincerest gratitude is also extended to the partner mentors from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) under Project ExcelLEArate for providing instrumental and excellent review sessions to the test takers.
