Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 93 issued by the Office of the President through Executive Secretary Lucas P. Bersamin, upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and in conformity with the announcement of the Quirino Provincial Government, all classes, work, and university-related activities at Quirino State University, including ongoing TESDA programs, are suspended on Friday, July 25, 2025.
This precautionary suspension is due to the continuous heavy rainfall brought about by Typhoon βEmongβ and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon affecting several provinces, including Quirino.
However, security personnel are expected to remain on duty to ensure the safety and security of university premises.
All are advised to remain indoors, monitor official advisories, and comply with local government and disaster response directives.
Widest dissemination of this information is highly encouraged.
