We celebrate many significant achievements under your empowering guidance, including QSU’s inclusion in the global top innovative universities in the WURI 2025. We also recognize the remarkable improvement in our students’ licensure examination ratings, with the Midwifery program earning national recognition as the 9th top-performing school. Furthermore, the successful launch of the Bambusari, Smarter and Sustainable Coffee Production, SAFE Quirino projects, and numerous other impactful research and community outreach programs have made a tangible difference in Quirino.
