In relation to the continuously rising heat index affecting the Province of Quirino, and following advisories from relevant authorities on the associated health risks, the University is implementing precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our university community.
All afternoon face-to-face classes beginning at 1:00 PM onwards are hereby suspended effective immediately and until further notice. Faculty members are directed to implement alternative learning modes to maintain academic engagement and continuity of instruction despite the temporary suspension of physical classes.
In addition, the wearing of school uniforms is temporarily suspended for all students, faculty, and staff. Everyone is encouraged to wear light, breathable, and appropriate clothing to better cope with the current weather conditions, while still observing proper decorum and professionalism within the university premises.
These measures are temporary yet necessary in our shared effort to protect the health of everyone on campus. The university will continue to monitor the situation closely and will issue further advisories as needed.
For your information and strict compliance
