𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 𝗜 University President, Dr. Hermenegildo F. Samoy, Jr., led the personnel of Quirino State University campuses in various activities for the 53rd Panagdadapun Festival, marching in unison during the grand parade. Held on September 6 to 11, 2024, this year’s celebration featured the Ubelicious : 1st Quirino Ube Culinary Competition and the Search for Binibining Quirino, which were both chaired by QSU. President Samoy, Jr., and three QSU students were recognized for their outstanding leadership and community impact during the festival.
