Forestry students converge to support the Bambusari Project
Diffun,Quirino- Forestry students at Quirino State University are taking an active role in caring for the Bambusari Eco-Park.
Led by For. Joel G. Carig, Center Chief of the Plant Propagation Research and Development Center (PPRDC), the students and faculty of the College of Forestry, take part in nourishing the growth of the bamboo species at the Bambusari Eco-park.
Starting this February 26, each student became a ward of 2 bamboo plants to nourish until graduation from the university. For. Carig lauds the students’ productive initiative in promoting environmental care through clean-up and beautification of the Bambusari Plantation.
