𝐐𝐒𝐔 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 π”π©π π«πšππžπ π’πˆπ€π’ 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐨𝐧

Quirino State University faculty and staff geared up for the operation and implementation of online Student Information and Accounting System (SIAS) Portal through an orientation at the Conference Room of VP for Academic and Research Office, JAA building on January 25.

The SIAS demonstration was delivered by Jaylord G. Brotonel, Senior Technical Support, and Aldous P. Roga, Technical Support I, from the Digital Software Corporation, wherein they offered their expertise in answering questions and in technical procedures on the various interface – administrator, instructor, student, parent, and admission – portal of the software tool including the different features designed for an enhanced Learning Management System (LMS).

Furthermore, faculty and staff engaged in an in-depth discussions and suggestions to further apply on the software’s feature and operational design, especially, in terms of process of admission, configuration of variables befitted for the grading system, administering learning assessment, and accessibility of online resources on the platform.

The said software tool is a full-featured, complete, and integrated system for government and private schools, colleges and universities in any size which integrates registrar, cashiering and accounting processes, and the overall functionality has increased the efficiency of the frontline service providers since most of the processes are computerized and automated, especially, in instruction and grading processes.
