In line with the University’s commitment to institutional unity, employee engagement, and maximum participation in University-wide activities, the following directives shall be observed for the University Meet 2026:
*All teaching and non-teaching personnel in the Diffun Campus are hereby directed to attend and participate in the parade and opening ceremony of the event.
*For the Cabarroguis and Maddela Campuses, attendance of teaching and non-teaching personnel shall be subject to the discretion of their respective Campus Administrators, who shall determine those authorized to participate.
*Students of the Diffun Campus are likewise directed to attend and participate in the parade and opening ceremony. After the activities, they shall resume their regular classes.
*Students from the Cabarroguis Campus and Maddela Campus shall attend the parade and opening ceremony only if authorized by their respective Campus Administrators. Those who are not authorized to attend shall resume with their regular classes as scheduled.
*Participation in the parade and opening ceremony shall strictly follow the instructions issued by the University Director for Sports and Wellness, particularly with respect to the prescribed attire, designated assembly areas, venues, and the specific time the parade and opening program shall commence.
All concerned parties are enjoined to extend their full cooperation.
