Quirino State University participated in the jovial celebration of the 13th Paskuhan sa Quirino 2025, held this evening, December 13, 2025 at Capitol Hills in Cabarroguis.

​Themed “Paskong Masigla, Quirino Masagana,” the event brought together provincial leaders, various agencies, and the academic community in a mirthful moment of solidarity and optimism.
​The opening program was led by Hon. Dakila Carlo E. Cua, Provincial Governor, who delivered an inspiring message centered on hope, unity, and resilience for the province. The Governor further boosted the festive mood by sharing a “good news” for the provincial government employees.

​Key highlights of the celebration were the synchronized lighting of the Paskuhan grounds, the giant lantern competition, and the dazzling fireworks display.

The University showcased its active cultural participation, led by Dr. Hermenegildo F. Samoy, Jr., President.The contingent, which included faculty, staff, the QSU Socio-Cultural Group, and the Tagempiya performers, rendered a performance for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and delivered a dance number.

​The event served as a vibrant prelude to Christmas, fostering merriment for the holiday season among Quirinians.
