The Commission, through the National Honor Awards Program HAP Secretariat, releases monthly videos in the Philippine Civil Service Commission Facebook and Youtube pages under its online segments HAP Story and Lingkod Bayan Diaries (LBD) featuring anthology of civil servants’ stories which aim to inspire other kawani through short videos and interviews. The videos being released contain the extraordinary accomplishments and inspirational stories of public service exemplars.
