In accordance with the approved request from the University Director for Instruction and the Vice President for Academic Research and Extension, and to ensure the continuity of academic and administrative operations while accommodating necessary adjustments, Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement and modular learning mode for students on all campuses shall be implemented on March 31, 2025.

Further, the following alternative work and learning arrangements shall be observed:

*ADMINISTRATIVE AND OFFICE PERSONNEL. A Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement shall be implemented. All concerned personnel are expected to perform their duties and responsibilities remotely and remain accessible during official working hours, except those responsible for security, peace and order to ensure continuity of vital services to the university and clients.

*STUDENTS AND FACULTY. Academic activities shall continue through a modular learning mode. Faculty members are instructed to provide modules and other learning materials in advance to ensure that students can continue their studies without disruption.

All department heads, unit heads, directors, deans and program chairs are directed to monitor compliance with this memorandum and ensure that work and learning activities proceed smoothly.

Additionally, in observance of Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadan) and pursuant to Proclamation No. 839, s. 2025, April 1, 2025 is a regular non-working holiday.
