University President Hermenegildo F. Samoy, Jr., was recently recognized for his outstanding dedication and exemplary work performance. He was accorded the CUA Award as part of the Search for Outstanding Constituent (Kailyan) United in Action, which acknowledges his significant impact on public discourse and his contributions in bringing honor and prestige to the province.
