The University’s winning athletes from the recently held 2025 National State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA) Games earned generous cash incentives provided by the Provincial Government of Quirino (PGQ).

Hon. Midy N. Cua, Congresswoman, and Hon. Dakila Carlo E. Cua, Governor, have shown their appreciation to the following athletes, granting:

– James Bond Gacusan (Diffun Campus): gold medalist in the 50m breaststroke, silver medalist in the 200m breaststroke, and bronze medalist in the 100m breaststroke, earned a total of ₱22,000;
– Mark Darren Tabunan (Maddela Campus): silver medalist in Archery received ₱7,000; and,
– Jean Fritzi Bimmala (Cabarroguis Campus): bronze medalist in pencak silat accepted ₱5,000.

The University extends its sincere appreciation to the PGQ for its strong support to our institution and recognition of our student-athletes’ achievements. This partnership is crucial in fostering a thriving sports culture within the province and nurturing the potential of our talented students. The athletes’ success reflects the hard work of our coaches, trainers, and the support of the administration.
