The Provincial Government of Quirino (PGQ), led by Governor Dakila Carlo E. Cua and Congresswoman Midy N. Cua, and Quirino State University (QSU), under the leadership of President Hermenegildo F. Samoy, Jr., have officially announced the winners of the 3rd Quirino Culinary Competition. The event was held yesterday, September 7, at the Provincial Gymnasium in Capitol Hills, Cabarroguis.

This yearโ€™s culinary showdown, titled โ€œQuirino Coffee Fusion Culinary and 1st Barista Latte Art Competition,โ€ celebrated Quirino’s aromatic and premium-quality coffee beans, with participants creatively incorporating them into a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, desserts, and intricate latte art.

The full-day event concluded just before 6:00 PM, with winners hailed from the six participating municipalities of the province.
