Quirino State University proudly presents the 2025 International Spring Convergence on Gastronomic Tourism, Food Diplomacy, and Sustainability, themed “Culinary Heritage as a Tool for Sustainable Development.” This prestigious event will take place on April 11, 25, and May 2, 2025, via Zoom teleconferencing.
