Mark Darren B. Tabunan from the QSU -Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED) Department won a silver medal in the Archery Team Event. He represented the Cagayan Valley Region in the competition, which was held at Camiguin Polytechnic State College in Mambajao, Camiguin.
This silver medal contributes to QSU’s total of five medals for the Cagayan Valley delegation, with Diffun, Cabarroguis, and Maddela Campus achieving atleast one win each. This accomplishment showcases the positive development of the university’s athletic programs.
The University congratulates Mr. Tabunan for his success and acknowledges the invaluable contributions of the coaching team: Mr. Jaimark P. Villamayor, Director of Sports and Wellness Development; Mr. Nelson Guray, General Coach; Mr. Celso K. Lumidao, Archery Coach; Ms. Nelly Sacnet and Mr. Mark Constantine E. Villanueva, SWDP Coordinators. Their guidance and leadership were instrumental in the team’s success.
The QSU community also extends its gratitude and commendation to all the dedicated athletes who gave their best to represent the Cagayan Valley Region, along with their coaches from the three campuses, for proudly representing the University.
