Mr. Mark Paulo K. Cabigat, an inspiring student from the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), has distinguished himself as one of the Regional Top Notchers. He secured a Top 5 spot in the February 2025 Criminologists Licensure Examination (CLE).
