Quirino State University proudly presents the 2025 International Spring Convergence on Gastronomic Tourism, Food Diplomacy, and Sustainability, themed “Culinary Heritage as a Tool for Sustainable Development.” The third day will be held on May 2, 2025, via Zoom teleconferencing and the QSU Facebook Page.
